Is the hoarding mentality teaching, the true cause of our social and collective demise and destruction? .

This is the question every believer—and every human being—must face. Are we called to hoard, piling up possessions and wealth beyond use, or are we called to circulate, sharing what we have for the good of others and trusting in daily provision? The answer is clear: we are not called to hoard. Hoarding is the cancer mentality, the disease of our demise.

Lesson One: Manna — Daily Trust, Not Hoarding

Scripture: “Each one is to gather as much as he needs… No one is to keep any of it until morning.” (Exodus 16:16–20) God commanded people to gather only what was needed for the day. Those who tried to hoard found their manna spoiled.

Lesson Two: Sabbath — Rest from Endless Production

Scripture: “Tomorrow is a day of rest, a holy Sabbath to the Lord.”

God commanded rest from labor and income production.

The Sabbath rebukes the endless cycle of work and accumulation.

Stop glorifying your own demise. Modern junk media and  culture glorifies figures and celebrities  who never stop working, chasing wealth that will never be meaningfully used. Look at all the billionaires of our society. Question: Do you honor rest, or enslave yourself and others for the endless production of useless wealth?

Christ’s Warning Against Hoarding

Scripture:

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth… But store up treasures in heaven.” (Matthew 6:19–21)

“It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” (Matthew 19:24)

Hoarded wealth blinds the heart to Love.

True wealth is generosity, circulation, and being “rich toward God.” Christ warns that true riches are spiritual riches, wealth and chasing wealth is a death trap. Question yourself: Am I storing treasures in heaven, or hoarding treasures on earth that will become my spiritual and physical demise and  not save me from the destruction of my body and soul?

The Demise and the Disease of Hoarding

Hoarding manifests differently at every level of society, but always with the same root: fear, greed, and endless accumulation.

Among the Homeless: Encampments show tents surrounded by piles of discarded items—clutter without life. Yet always searching and accumulating more.

Among the Middle Class: Attics and garages overflow with boxes of things never used, false security in clutter.Yet always searching and accumulating more.

Among the Wealthy: Mansions, built with empty rooms, and useless items, second homes, yachts—all filled with excess, yet still chasing more. Our junk media, home and school education fuel the cycle: “the more the merrier, the bigger the better.”

The fool has said in his heart there is no God and has focused on hoarding material items instead. From the tent to the attic to the mansion, the pattern is the same: hoarding is the demise and our social collective disease.

Ask yourself the Question: Where do I see the hoarder’s mentality in my own life—in small piles, hidden storage, or endless pursuit of more, in dreams of celebrity and wealth status, being in the front of a camera or idolized falsely by others, working on the deception of after death legacy?

Contrast: Hoarded Wealth vs. Circulating Wealth

       Hoarded Wealth                                                        Circulating Wealth

Piled up beyond need, often unused                              Shared generously, meeting real needs

Breeds fear, anxiety, and isolation                                   Builds trust, fellowship, and joy

Spoils or loses value over time (manna that rots)     Multiplies through circulation and blessing

Creates inequality and exploitation                            Promotes justice and community flourishing

False security:                                                True security: “our daily bread” from God

Leads to tribulation and collapse                           Leads to renewal and eternal treasure

The Great Tribulation of Hoarding rushing us into species and environmental destruction.

Scripture: “You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?” (Luke 12:20)    What will happen to all the time and energy invested in fruitless hoarding?

Hoarding denies trust in God’s provision. The perfect antidote for destruction. A lead to a sad and empty life of confusion and addictions usually. Just look around your own family, co-workers, even your mate, you will not have to go too far to see it.

Hoarding has bred slavery, wars, and all the great catastrophes of our past and present society. Hoarding  breeds inequality, exploitation, and collapse. Christ warns that such greed leads to tribulation.

Ask yourself this  Question: Is my wealth preparing me for heaven, or for tribulation? Is my present life a hell cloaked in the lies and deception of wealth accumulation? Am I missing out on the true joy of life and peace chasing an empty desire with an empty return?

Universal Call

Even if you don’t believe in God, the truth remains: hoarding destroys spirit, family, relationships, friendships, community, and our environment and ultimately our world and our creation.

So, Stop reading self‑help books that teach material accumulation.

Start reading the book that teaches spiritual wealth. The bible

Be rich in spirit. It guaranties you will also have more than you need materially to feel completely satisfied and fulfilled as a human being.

Circulate your blessings.

Say no to the hoarder’s mentality. If the Lord has bestowed upon you a gift whereby you can attain great wealth, thank the Lord by spreading it, so that you can see the fruits of the spirit in your life and enjoy the peace and joy of living a life of altruism. (Create employee owned businesses.)

My Slogans

“The cancer of the hoarder’s mentality is the disease of our demise. Reject it. Circulate life.”

“From tents to attics to mansions, hoarding is the same disease. Say no to the hoarder’s mentality.”

“Stop chasing material wealth. Start building spiritual wealth. Hoarding rots, generosity renews.”

Say no to this cancer mentality “The more the merrier, the bigger the better? No to the cancer of hoarding which leads to tribulation.”

Remember: “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a hoarder to inherit the kingdom of God.”

This truth is not limited to the wealthy—it is cancer for all:

From homeless to wealthy. From childhood to youth, youth to middle age, middle age to old age.

From black to white, brown, yellow, red, from every nation and every class you are likely infected with the virus of the hoarding mentality.

“The road to hell is paved with good intentions”

Hoarding is the fatal disease cloaked in good intentions by Junk entertainment and media deception, the true fake media of our times. It paves our daily path with pain, suffering and sorrow.  It whispers security but delivers rot. It promises prosperity but breeds tribulation, envy, hatred and greed. It breeds selfishness, and loneliness leading to sadness, blinds the heart to generosity, to rest, and to trust in God. Finally it kills the true peace and joy of the spirit.
