Introduction

Twenty-five years ago, in the beginning of my writing “The Gray Area Rushing into the Great Tribulation”, The vision of the Lord came unto me, I saw the shadow forming—a system designed to enslave the working Christian family, and the larger worker population of the earth, not with chains, but with contracts. Today, that shadow has become substance. The 50-year mortgage is no longer a theory is here—it’s a tool of modern serfdom. And unless we act, we will be spiritually and carnally shackled for generations.

 Debt as Dominion

The hoarders—banks, landlords, corporate profiteers along with politicians—have engineered a system where:

  • Young families can’t afford homes until their 30s or 40s, if ever.

  • Mortgages stretch 50 years, binding workers to interest payments longer than their careers—and even longer than their projected life span.

  • Landlording becomes legalized theft, where shelter is sold back to the laborer at inflated prices.

  • Inflation is not fought, but extended—because debt is profitable, and poverty is controllable.

“Thou shalt not be an usurer to thy brother.” — Deuteronomy 23:19

 The Mortgage That Outlives You

With the average American life expectancy at 79.4 years, a person who takes out a mortgage at age 30 will be paying until age 80—beyond their expected lifespan.

Even if the mortgage is paid off, property taxes never end. The system ensures:

  • You never truly own your home.

  • You are a perpetual rentor—to the bank, the state, and the hoarders.

  • Your labor is converted into interest, not legacy.

“The borrower is servant to the lender.” — Proverbs 22:7

 Medical Debt and Generational Burden

Most Americans spend their final 10 years of life battling chronic illness and medical debt. This is not just a health crisis—it’s a generational ambush.

  • Medical costs explode in the final decade of life.

  • Children become financial caretakers, inheriting debt instead of land.

  • The mortgage remains unpaid, and the property becomes a liability.

“They bind heavy burdens… but they themselves will not move them.” — Matthew 23:4

 Politicians: Bribe-Takers and Law-Writers

No system of economic bondage survives without legal protection. The hoarders are bankrolled by politicians who:

  • Take bribes through lobbying.

  • Legalize usury and subsidize monopolies.

  • Write laws that stretch mortgages and inflate housing markets.

“Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees…” — Isaiah 10:1

 Lawyers: Gatekeepers of Corrupted Knowledge

The hoarders thrive because lawyers twist statutes, bury truth in jargon, and guard the gates of justice from the poor.

“Woe unto you lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge…” — Luke 11:52

They do not enter into covenant economics, nor do they allow others to. They are scribes of modern slavery.

 The War on Rest

Now they seek to raise the retirement age and dismantle Social Security—the final insult to the laborer.

  • Retirement becomes unreachable.

  • Social Security is gutted.

  • Rest is stolen, even in old age.

The Erasure of Sabbath and Jubilee

This system doesn’t just steal retirement—it erases the Sabbath entirely.

  • No Sabbath in youth: student loans and rent.

  • No Sabbath in adulthood: mortgages and taxes.

  • No Sabbath in old age: medical debt and delayed retirement.

There is no Jubilee. No release. No restoration.

“Proclaim liberty throughout all the land…” — Leviticus 25:10

Like in the days of Noah, their sin has reached the face of the Lord.

 The Illusion of Wealth

A heart surgery and 25-day hospital stay could cost upwards of $640,000. So what is a million-dollar 401(k) worth when:

  • Medical costs are out of control

  • Mortgages stretch beyond your life

  • The government seeks to cut your benefits

It’s not wealth. It’s bait.

“Your gold and silver is corroded…” — James 5:3

 The Christian Union Rises

But there is a remnant rising. A Christian Union prophecied in The Gray Area book—a union of workers, prophets, and reformers and all people—committed to:

  • Boycotting hoarder businesses

  • Building employee-owned businesses and Christian companies

  • Establishing segregated covenant cities—not in hate, but in holiness

 A Legacy Sealed in Struggle

I began writing The Gray Area in 1999. I finished in 2006. It took years to secure the copyrights.

“Write the vision, and make it plain…” —

Habakkuk 2:2 Now the vision runs. And the time is now.

  Final Trumpet

“We will not be rushed into poverty. We will not be lured by filthy lucre. We will build, bless, and boycott until the hoarders fall and the covenant rises.”

The mortgage is not your master—Christ is our salvation.
